I don't know how to redirect these urls of the expired domain to my domain.
http//abc.com/ , abc.com, http://www.abc.com to my new url that is https//abc.con. Please help me

Go to cpanel and you will have your options there. You can also try to play around with your htaccess file.

There are at least 3 ways in which you can do it...

1) Using the .htaccess file (can break your site if you don't know what you're doing, so backup your current htaccess file before you re-write its code). Here's a tutorial on how to do 301 redirects using htaccess:
https://tecadmin.net/force-redirect-to-www-or-non-www-in-htaccess/
2. Using any one of the millions of 301 redirection plugins (the easiest way probably)

3. At cpanel level:

wait, I think we're making some confusions, both you and I...

I just re-read your post and I can see that you're talking about redirecting all of your versions of your domain to HTTPS instead of HTTP. Is this correct? Is this what you're asking about?

If yes, you can do this easily by installing SSL onto your domain. SSLs are free to install with most hosting companies, just log into your cpanel and look for something like SSL, or AutoSSL, or SSL Status... stuff like this... And then click on it, and follow the necessary steps and if you've done everything correctly all of those versions of your domain will have HTTPS in front of it within a few minutes...

On the other hand, if you are talking about 301 redirections (which I don't think it's the case after re-reading your initial post) then the 3 options I've listed in my 1st reply will work. But if you don't own the domain that you wish to redirect to https://abc.com I don't think it's possible to remove the current redirection (if any exists). You need to have control over a domain in order to redirect it to something else.

Sorry for misreading your post properly and giving retarded advice, I do this often sadly and I apologize :(

If it's still not clear let me know and I'll try to explain better...

you've bought it from someone else, or you've registered it with a company? Because if you've bought it from another person then it's possible the transferring of the domain over to you had not fully completed yet (it usually takes up to 48 hours). If more than 48 have passed and it still redirects to a different site contact the previous registrar of the domain and ask them how long it takes.... Also (not sure how much it will help, though) clear your browser's cache and try accessing the domain again

if you've registered it with a domain registrar (namesilo, porkbun, namecheap, godaddy, etc)... I don't know to be honest. Just try to add a redirection in your cpanel like I explained in my 1st reply and if that doesn't work...I don't know, I'm clueless what could be wrong...

There are lot of 301 redirect scripts that you can find online for free or you can use some plugin for that.

Setting up an expired domain for a new WordPress site involves a few steps to ensure that the domain is properly configured, linked to your hosting, and ready to host your WordPress website.
Domain Acquisition and Ownership
Choose a Hosting Provider
Configure DNS Settings
Set Up Hosting
Database Configuration
Configure WordPress Settings
Theme and Plugins
Content Migration (if applicable)
SSL Certificate
urls without www, non-www and http witll pass the link juice to the new url with https automatically or should i have to change something?

If the site belongs to you, you need to set Name servers from the domain panel.

Just a suggestion. If you are buying an expired domain, thoroughly check its technical SEO, including backlinks.

You can use one of the many free 301 redirect scripts available online or a plugin to accomplish this.
