Hello guys!

I already cracked my head several times.

How can i setup proxy server on Android phone to connect through it on Desktop computer?

I tried tinyproxy app, proxyserver app, and other apps and i am unable to connect to it with desktop.
I always get error unable to connect. WTF???

Open Android's Settings and tap Wi-Fi to view a list of Wi-Fi networks, Long-press the Wi-Fi network name for which you want to change the proxy settings and click Modify Network Tap Advanced Options, Manually to change your proxy's settings.

Converting Android device into a proxy server is not the real issue. The real issue is: Are you going to work with proxy or waste your time maintaining them? Proxy maintenance takes a lot of energy. Hence, I would say that you might want to just purchase it from someone.

This will cost you much expensive than getting yourself a ISP Proxy from someone trusted. You need a bunch for software for making an Android Mobile act as a Proxy. All of those software are paid. Hence, I would suggest you to post in the marketplace and someone will ping you up. Post that you need residential ISP Proxy. Much better if they provide manual rotation as well.

Residental proxies usually cost around $7 or more per GB which is like "are you f****** kidding me"
While i can get sims with 20 gb for like $6 bucks
