Hey BHW i'v Been Secretly Planing a project for months and years now and the project is you ask? its a new social networking site but i promise its not like anything out there and once Everything is done i'll let this whole forum know about it and the launching date its going to be an invitation only site cant really reveald much about it right now but anyways im putting everything together and getting ready to hire website builders and programers but i need to know how to go about setting up an NDA?

Great. Good luck. NDA on RAC ? Sounds like you will just get crazy high bids from very little people.. There's an option for it when you post the bid. I don't know if they offer a template NDA or what. If you want an iron clad one, find a good attorney to write one up or search around on the g00gl3z for nda documents. Remember NDA and Non-compete are no good outside of USA and recently in California...

I've used RAC for about 7 years now. got my first product done on there, it pulled a nice 500k after 10 months of sales.. I haven't gotten my ideas stolen from there, at least not that I've known of. Most of the people on there are just monkeys, they don't see the long term they only focus on getting the job done to move on to the next..

My first project I hired a romanian. Other projects I go with whomever has the greatest rating for past projects and experience in the area that I need. I've hired people from just about everywhere from India to Russia to USA.

ok thankx and i asked because it wud b pointless to have someone from india russia or romania sign an NDA i mean they not from usa so it wud b hard to persue the case than hiring someone thats from the u.s lol

if your project is more targeted to US programmers and developers, try elanc*e.c0m as well.

Not affiliated to them in anyways, but they do seem to have a higher listing for states developers. I believe they make the developers take a quick test too before they signup. May help while you're planning out your project.

You could always specify in your profile that you are only hiring coders inside the US. IIRC RAC requires you to send in proof (scan of drivers license, etc) that you're who you say you are, so you should be good there.
