How to setup a VPS with Spectraip

Hi there,

So I made the worst decision and bought a VPS with spectraip.net, and now I'm stuck. I bought it on Sunday and am still unable to get it working.
I have installed the Debian OS using their console, and I added the A records with their IP in my domain and uploaded some files to the folder home, but when I try to access my domain, it says

"Unable to connect"
If I enter the server's IP address in my browser's address bar, it says the same message.

I tried to contact them, but the support is non-existent.
Do you know if I need to do something else to be able to connect to the server? FTP works, I don't need MYSQL, I will use it only to host my videos.
