Hi as title say I want to create port based proxy server on my vps, which software able to do this? I want like this
255.255.255.255:1001
255.255.255.255:1002
255.255.255.255:1003
255.255.255.255:1004

Squid is the safest and most popular one. Don't know others.

I use squid and some other platform but squid is the best and safe for anonymous proxies identity
