I would like to ask please about the process of making a mirror proxy to avoid dmca notices be sent to my hosting provider, I saw many members here talking about it but still can't figure out the way.

If you want to have same content on two different domains. You can setup redirection.

Rotating proxies is what you need or maybe host it offshore which offers bulletproof hosting.
