Ok so they FINALLY setup my server with Fedora Core5 OS. Now what?
Im going to be running Xrummer, and they have absolutely no guide to get me started.

This is my first time!

Which tools and resources do I get, to have get this setup asap?

I thought xRumer was a windows application? Not a UNIX application? So running xRumer on a UNIX OS is going to be a pain in the ass for you. You'll need to look into getting WINE, along with xRumer obviously, but I doubt it'll work.

Oh crap!

I had no idea what the OS there were and chose randomly.

So how do I even get in there at all?

They just gave me 2 ip addresses, a password and no guides.
I assumed those were URLs for the browser. But nothing!

I recommend you to tell them to change the os into windows 2003 std. This way you won't have the compatibility problem. Also, after that you can control your dedicated server throught RDC or remote desktop connection, which is available by default in windows(go to start, accessories, and it will be around there.)

Anymore questions please ask.

Seems like u got extra bucks to burn, anyways

1. Get server reinstsalled with windows2003 standard Edition ($10 extra)
2. Login using Remote desktop application available with all computer in accesories-->> communication.
3. Download Xrumer on your server
4. Setup & install xrumer with botmaster's help
5. Sit back and enjoy the magic of xrumer

So you dont have Xrummer yet?
I paid via moneygram. It was an unpleasant experience only because they overcharged(moneygram) me.

You want to get botmaster's payment details for moneygram? He probably wont mind if I give it to you.

I will try if WINE (windows emulator) will work with Fedora. If that fails i' guess I have no choice but to get windows server.

They told me my server is working. I keyed in the 2 IPs they gave me, on the browser and on Remote Desktop Connection , still get this

The server at 66.197.xxx.xxx is taking too long to respond.

The requested site did not respond to a connection request and the browser has stopped waiting for a reply.

* Could the server be experiencing high demand or a temporary outage? Try again later.
* Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network connection.
