How to setup 4G proxy on Jarvee

I used Jarvee for over and year but now I am fucked got compromised etc..

I am not an idiot but a little one so can someone tell me how to survive this?

What I reads hear I need 4g proxy. Can someone help me setup it with links where to buy and what exactly to do? Some Follow unfollow limits will be nice
