You buy / rent a proxie service, they add your current ip to there servers, and any proxies you buy off them ,you can know use from your own computer....
If you are hireing a vps same thing, just add your new vps server ip ,to the proxie service ,know you can use all the hired proxies on your vps.
There are some diffrent type if proxies :
Public proxies.
These proxies are free ,but are so used over the net ,hardly worth nothink ,and there very slow.
Semi dedicated proxies .
These are proxies ,you hire from a proxie service provider , the proxies are private, but are used ,with usally 3 other users on there servers. The proxies are good for scrapping ,but can be slow, and proxies can get black listed from other shered users.
dedicated proxies.
These proxies ,are suppose to be virgin proxies ,and the fastest possible , these proxies are just yours ,so there fresh and fast.best for anythink needed.
Proxies come in different speeds,
This depends in the price, and deal you go for.
100 mbps
1000 mbps
10.000 mbps
Most bandwidth are unlimited ,but must be carefull ,some proxie providers do cap there use.
Your notice , i mention when you setup your proxies ,you add your current ip ,to there servers ,some sevices have a app to update your ip if your ip ever changes, it get automatically updated to there proxie server ..
To add proxies, to search online , your need to use a free browser plugin, when you have downloaded a proxie plugin , you just add the proxies to the browser application, then you just select the proxie you want to use.
You also need to add proxies to any seo apication, to keep your self safe ,and get the seo spplication to work faster.
