How to set up WooCommerce correctly

Hello all,

I'm creating website for my dropshipping store and now I'm setting up woocommerce settings. I have to choose where is my store based.

So the question is, do I need to choose US (because I'm going to sell to the US audience ) or do I have choose my local Europe country adress because I will be using my local credit card?

I'd leave it blank or be honest about it and use my real address.

There is no such an option like leave it a blank.
