How to set up ‘Shop Now’ button?!

How do you set up instagram ‘Order now’ button and the option to preload site?

My instagram is both business and setup as a shop, but I can’t seem to find any other option but ‘order food’,

Are you sure you didn’t click thru an ad? Usually see that when I click a profile that is running ads
