How to set up rss feeds with pictures?

Is this possible? Basically I want to have rss feeds feeing content in, but I want the pictures from articles (if they have pictures) to be able to be in the post. Is this possible without it messing up? Any wordpress plugins that can do this? Thanks to anyone who helps.

You can do it with feedburner, its very simple

yes but is there a good wordpress theme that i can install that will let me add rss feed and take care of it?

Use feedburner, and there are plugins available for this.

ok. I got it. Here is a question, if someone posts a picture in there blog post and it is feeds onto my site, will the picture be re-sized to fit my site and not look all crummy?
