How to set up multiple ebay and paypal accounts

Ok so a lot of people want seperate accouts for both ebay and paypal. Can anybody give some kind of guide on how to set them up?

I'm especially interested in how to get money from one paypal account into a 'safe' account where you can withdraw the money to your bank without getting everything froze.


So far I to get an ebay account you need:

- Separate Email address
- Fake details
- VCC

I get it this far, but now, do i also need a Separate IP to login to each account?

What about paypal?

Well, since there is another member here that is selling these at a minimum package price of $75 per week, I highly doubt that anyone that knows will just say, here's how you do it. I wish we did know and I wish I could tell you, but this is a tough thing to do, and this is a reason that it is in such high demand and being paid for by a lot of members.

Thats not a very helpful post!

I understand someone is selling them, and its because the whole process is difficult and tedious, its not a big secret really, ive a fair idea, id just like some helpful advice on what to be careful about, what to look out for etc.

Its hardly top secret.... whats this place called again?
 
I used to create both back in my carding days. You need GOOD proxies to set them up. I've seen many people speculate that the proxies need to be in the same state as the credit card for Paypal. You need to make sure you clear your cookies. It wouldn't hurt to disable Flash, it wouldn't surprise me if they used Flash cookies now too.

When did you start this IM carry on then to be able to splash out on that?
