How to set up FLC to follow only?

I want to follow users that have liked a specific users photos. In FL manual it's vaguely explained but it doesn't explain how to set it up for only following. Can someone help me?

just select follow and put in the pic id.

You don't need FLC for that... you just add queries with "Users Who Liked", put the picture and that's it. Normally.

I want it to automatically retrieve the pictures and take the likers from those pictures.
