How to set up estimated delivery date on woocommerce

Hello,

I'm creating my first dropshipping store, I added all the products, I set up my shipping to freeshipping, but I can not find how to set up shipping times for my products to let know my clients how long they will need to wait to get my products.

I woul like that my checkout look something like this:




And for example, I'm selling my products from different suppliers so their shipping times are different so it's possible to set up different shipping times for all my products?

For example, one product should arrive in 7days, another in two 2weeks, another in 4weeks and etc.

I can not find any free plugin which would solve this problem

Yeah it's pretty much a premium option on all of the plugins that offer it, unfortunately.
