Hi,
I'm new to CPA, so I hope someone here can explain this to me. I still don't understand why some people can run a "do offer" site like : treasuretrooper.com, gptreasure,.com, intoffers.com, cash4offers.com,...
Because I hear that CPA networks don't allow incentive traffics, and in these sites, they pay money for the "lead" to fill in offer and surveys. These "lead" are not lead, they are just people who want to make money online, just like us.
That way, the advertisers lost money for fake "lead", those who don't care about their offers or services, products,.. they only care about get paid to fill offer and surveys. And the CPA networks accept that !? Which CPA networks allow you to set up sites like these ?
I read many CPA marketing guide ebook but none of them say that I can sign up for CPA networks and set up a "do offer" website like those site above.
Can you explain this to me ? I' new to CPA and I still don't understand this.
Thank you for your reply.
