How to serve popups ?

I own a wp blog with over 50% bounce rate. That means people are leaving from the first page without clicking nothing. I need to serve popups just for those who leave without clicking any of my posts, but not to visitors who like my content. How could this be done?

yes i was thinkin of the exit script as well but that would pop on all the visiters...you just want it to popup on certain viewers right?

thanks, but i said only those leaving the page without clicking nothing, that means without seeing another page of my site. if they click a link, popup should not appear anymore.
