i have a very important question.

I sell fashion clothes online in germany and i plan to register a second domain beside my first domain and main business. On the second domain i would like to use some more aggressive SEO strategies and maybe little blackhat. The problem is, that i don't want the second domain in any relation with my main domain. So if the second domain gets a penalty from google i want to avoid the risk that the first domain gets penalized as well.

So now i could register the second domain under a different name and host it on a different webspace also under different name. That is no problem. But what about the imprint, terms and conditions and return address? Im from germany and as per the law i need to put correct data there. If i show fake data or no data at all then i could get penalized from the government with a fee up to 50.000?.

So how could i handle that problem with the imprint and terms and conditions without getting into problems with the government and without taking the risk that google would penalize also my main domain?

    thank you
