How to send random tweets??

hy,
i am looking for a way to send automated tweets at a random time, maybe from 8am to 10pm or sth like that. but the app needs to be web based, cause i can't have my pc running all day long. it would be rly nice if someone could help me out with that!! thank you

but i was looking for a way to send them at a random time...i should be able to post like 15 updates at a random time between 8am to 10pm

Socialoomph? Doubt any site will let you randomize times, better off having it custom made.
