How to send out mass email through wordpress

Hi All,

I setup a site long time ago health101.site50.net on a wordpress site. Now i am receiving emails from SEO companies to do my SEO. All these are sent through the contact us form: health101.site50.net/contact-us which is a standard wordpress contact form.


Is there a software that can send these mass emails?
In the email they do state the name of the domain.


Are they sending these manually.
