Normal accounts cannot do this, you need a tool to support mass messaging.

I've been wondering if there's a legit way around that LinkedIn limit myself. Seems like it's by design to prevent spam, unfortunately.

You can’t do this from a normal account; you need to use some premium tools.

You can also use LinkedIn bulk messaging tools, but be aware of potential spam restrictions.
