How to Send Mass/Lots of E-Mails out?

Alright, so I need your guy's help. I need to figure out how to Send out a Lot of Emails. I'm talking about about 5,000 Maximum per-day.

So Far I have the following:
1.) Bought 100 G-Mail accounts.
2.) I can switch my Modem off an On to get a new Ip Address, but that caps out pretty quick, maybe get around 5 new IPs. It's not gonna cut it.
3.) I know I probably need a VPN service or proxy service.... But Which "Proxy" service should I use?

Finally, How do YOU, specifically send out Mass emails?

all you need is, a domain, a paypal account with $0.01 and valid email addresses.

If you tell me, how to get that much email addresses, i'll tell you how exactly to do the trick!
