Use a tool like wasender or whatssapro something like that Don't spam send maximum 6 message with 10sec interval and u need also to use a minimum 60 accounts to get a results

I notice that you get blocked if you add external url on message body, is there any way around it or better still an app that i can use to send direct text messages to numbers.
