How to send bulk emails?

please anyone can tell me how to send bulk emails without getting spam complaints and without getting my account banned?
as example if i want to sent 5k emails per day so what should i do?
should i send it trough multiple email ids? [i have a dynmic ip]
or
i have to purchase any kind of mass mailer software?
because people are saying we can send only max 500 emails per day from a single gmail id. is this true?

Yes Gmail has its limit of 500 mails per day. You can use multiple emails with Google Docs to send automates 500 emails to different persons in one Go. Google "Labnol's HTML email using Google Docs" Its amazing if you don't want to buy any software.
