how to send a pm lol

I know this is crazy but replying to a pm is not working for me. its saying I need to apply a filter or something? with a sender, and date and some other stuff. what does this mean how do I get pass this to send a pm what the heeeeck? in the display options or something?

how come whenever I try to send a pm it tells me about some display option. it seems like I have to fill it out b4 I respond to the pm. how do I get past this page???
