How to send 1k inmail per day?

I was speaking with someone that is outreaching by sending 1k inmail per day without paid ads or sales navigator.

Anyone know how this is possible?

bit stingy if there abusing multiple free trials
if the software is good, buy it .

In short, they leverage being in the same LinkedIn groups or finding "Open profiles" (= people that accept DMs from anyone without the need to be connected).
 
It's possible that they are using LinkedIn API that allows them to send a large volume of InMails.
