The issue with those services is that they ask for optin stuff and those are scraped emails. Idk if I just ignore that or there's some service that doesn't give a fuck about optin.

Dude that's way in the past, do a new research on that especially ai emailing services. Some also provide warming services in addition. It's cold email marketing so they know it's scrapped.
But if you're referring to good old mail chimp yes, those do but no ai emailing services like mails.ai etc

A. Some scum mails. For example, social engineering ones.
B. They are seeing positive traction for their business from sending out these mails
C. Someone paid them to do that
D. The whole point is to sell these email sendouts
I don't think sending emails like that works for growing your business anymore, it's all about quaity and value now. So probably for some other purposes.

It depends on usage, as far as spammy links aren't used will last long.
But overall depending on the cold email outreach, using disposable emails while weighing the running cost vs ROI.
So rinse repeat with fresh batch or use emails responsibly for long term use.

Have you tried Amazon? AWS?
Currently i can send up to 50k emails a day. You will get flagged if you have too many bounce backs or unsubscribes.
