Does anyone have experience with email marketing ? How to send 100 e-mails with the same message (not in bulk) a day without them ending up being flagged as spam ?

Why not share it here? After all it's no rocket science to inbox 100 emails per day.

i have small tip to send 400 email per day.
    - firstly you need capture page on wordpress to get subscribers, you must use mailpoet wp plugin to do that.
    - open an account on SendGrid.com
    - relate your sendgrid account with your mailpoet plugin
now you can shedulule newsletters to your subscribers or send any message to them, all the emails will received on inbox not in spam folder.
with sendgrid free account you can send 400 per day.
i think this is the easiest way to do what you need :)

But I think they wouldn't like to see themselves in someones list where they didn't approved of joining one, and that might be bigger incentive for them to report this as spam then sending an email without them being able to see that they are in a list.
