I’m trying to send 10,000 SMS in one go for a campaign, but running into issues with delivery limits and blocks. Has anyone here managed to send high-volume bulk SMS successfully? Would love to know what platforms, sender IDs, or tricks you're using to get around this.

it is according which content u will send out and which country ,some country have Directly sms to send out ,use their SID then can send bulk sms
 
I mean the block you're talking about is for spamming. And you're spamming. So you'll probably receive blocks :P

You can try hiring some SMS service that has a very good reputation, or it might not work.
