How to sell to someone interested?

Yes put it on him, nothing worse than contacting someone about a domain and they come back with a price I see as way to expensive. Puts me off and I never enter into negotiation. If he comes back with a price you feel is to low then you can then negotiate, if he can't then agree a price your happy with. Keep it. I would also never give the impression I'm in a hurry to sell it.

Alright so I asked him what he had in mind and he wanted to know my price first to see if we had the same price range. I really don't know what to price my domain. Any tips?
EDIT: Fk it, can't always ask. Sent him a price offer, if he takes it good, if he doesn't then that's his loss.
