How to sell this thing?

So I recently was gifted a saguaro cactus skeleton. Everyone thinks it's illegal to have one or whatever, but it's really not if you read the laws. Anyways, I'm having trouble selling it. Basicly, idk WHERE to sell it. Obviously not local (arizona) because that's where they grow. I was told it could go for 10k, but again, where does one try to market something most ppl assume is illegal?
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I figured I'd sell it for half price just to get it gone. It's 8 feet tall after all.

Contact some gardens or nurseries. Im sure if its not illegal someone at one of those places will know the value.

There are places that take those things and make art out of them. Maybe sell it to a gallery that does that.
