how to sell sth to the email database？

I have a email database of total 100K email address.
they are programmer living in china, male at age 35~50.
what can i do to sell anything to them, as they the group with the lowest commercial value in china?
any niche they may need? IT softwares? Household items?
if i want to send cold email, how could i setup my system?
