How to sell shout-out with Jarvee

I'm using Jarvee since 3 months and except the problems we've all been facing since the beginning of the month, everything works well !
But today I saw that I had +20 requests pending in my DM, I never thought to check because I thought the messages arrived directly in my DM..... In these +20 requests pending, some guys asked me for shout-outs or promo. My ask is.. How can I do shout-out in my story with Jarvee ?
