How to sell service.

I'll just paste what I replied on a similar thread:
To sell on the forum you have 2 options:
1- Get 100 messages on the forum and wait a couple of months till your account is old then you can upgrade to JRvip membership. (100 valuable messages and not spamming)
2- Get a marketplace membership (it costs around $400 I believe) Then you can sell your services right away.
You can't:
1- Offer your services without the above requirements
2- Offer your services via PM
