Get someone to order your gig (a friend perhaps), this should get the ball roling. And of course, advertise the gig outside of Fiverr, perhaps on related forums and stuff

Promote your gigs actively. Look for proper platforms for the same.

Try getting your gig reviewed at least three or four times. Try buyer request section, I got my first sales from there. Onces you get your first orders they start to roll in automatically. The more reviews you have the more orders you will get.

Well, I really doubt if one can rank fiverr gigs to the top using "SEO".

Let more people know about the gig. You can have it advertised on other pages. If you already have a good Fiverr record, this shouldn't be a struggle anymore.
