I want to sell local products from Asia to the US and Europe. 1. How can I manage a safe payment system? to avoid fraud and chargeback? When shipping a product by paypal payment, post receipt can be an evidence for paypal to avoid chargeback. However, the post receipt from developing countries is acceptable to paypal, as USPS receipts are ? And what if one get the product and claim unauthorized usage of his account?2. Is it better to run my own website or sell on other websites like eBay? If the latter, which site are better for selling products over countries (from Asia to the US and Europe)?

Use paypal, moneybookers, etc.. 99% customers will not chargeback if they receive their products (as long as its quality, as described, etc.. ofc). Paypal usually considers tracking numbers from USPS or couriers as proof of delivery in the case of a 'non-delivery' dispute. Your local post tracking ,numbers should be traced by USPS if you send to the USA.

For the platform, why don't you do both? eBay is great to start getting sales quickly and get your products out there, but your own website offers higher margins and more freedom.

Of course you should start your own website..
Look, there will be chargebacks etc, but if you think that, you can never start your business. Every business has pros and cons.
So what if you get 1-2 chargebacks in 100 sales, you cannot satisfy every purchaser.
But on the other hand, have a good Refund Policy page and provide what you mention in the product page. You should be good to go then.
You will have more solutions when the real problem appears.

Good Luck ! :)
