How to SELL leads?

Good Afternoon,
So ranking local sites for Rank and Rent / Lead Generation isn’t that hard for me, but do you have any tips on how to get businesses to pay several thousand dollars per month for a ranked site?
Especially tradesman/craftsman whatever like roofing or flooring companies have enough clients to choose from - Can you even rent websites to them?
And how to find Niches where people have demand? Generally it’s said, that people in my country really don’t need anymore clients - But can this be the truth?

Depending on where the location is and the trade craft I dont think you are going to get thousands of dollars for leads.

One thing you could do is lease the site out to a local trade company. Or like you said sell them leads

Few things to look at is how much traffic is coming to the site. How many leads are you getting a day.

Then start reaching out to local service providers that are not on the first page of search and start offering them leads.

You will have to play around with cost to find the right number you are able to sell the leads at.

I meant rent/lease the site out for 1000$ per month for example, not per lead - for example with 50 leads/month , that would be 20$ per lead, which I think would be ok, for services, which could bring in several hundred to a thousand dollars.

Hmm... I think just contacting companies with low ranking websites, or without a website is probably the best bet i got.
