How to sell "illegal" stuff on ebay

Hey why do some ebay sellers can sell illegal stuff (not drugs or weapons) and some not?
Is it just a thing about age and reputation of an account or is it more about how to name your product and which keywords you use in your description?

How do you term it as illegal. There are products that has through go through approvals for listings those. Seller have to prove they are authorized to sell and they have stock to sell.

@arundarwin for example pre registered sim cards. These are not legal to be sold in the country i live but there are sellers who can list them.

Yeah you have a lot to learn. If you promote illegal products your going to get banned from ebay. I suggest you learn how to promote legal products. Also if you sell products that are illegal ebay is going to report you to the authorities
