How to sell from a different country ?

Hello everyone

I do a bit on ebay and get peed off with other countries that allow buyers to either be sent a download link for the item or the item is downloaded to their paypal/ebay email.
The download sellers are usually cheaper than physical items

So I'd like to know how can I sell from a country that allows downloads ?
The more legal the better

Please help!!! can my friend get arrested for taking money on ebay and not shipping items ?

He used his real name and address but he do not live at the address anymore but his family do.

He said that he ran into a problem . he listed a lot of items on EBay that he planned to dropship from Amazon for a 3-7 dollar profit. he received 10 orders the first day but the Amazon price is now 15 $ higher. so my friends say screw EBay . he has been simply taking the money and not shipping anything but marking as shipppped.

Im really concerned that my friend is risking a lot of jail time . he is not worried about being sued he is worried about Mr John Law. The first day of sales will be late today so he need to think of something fast. Please someone give me a suggestion to give my friend . he is a good guy trying to support his kids i dont want him in jail

I hate scammers, lol. You're kidding me right? He's scared of jail time but not willing to return the dollars. Damn.
