Any idea.
A good exchanger need

1. Escrow. Binance and Okx do so. But the money got to go to our own name.
2. Good prices. https://localcoinswap.com/ have bad prices.

I think paxuls are filled with scammers. So is local bitcoins.

So what are the idea.

Bitcoin is public, you can't. Swap it for monero or zcash and only after that you are anonymous

After that you can try selling for cash

In my country you can cash it out for like 4-8% fee, depends on amount.
They give you cash

Why don't you use a Mixer?
