How To Sell a Brand?

Hi there,
I have a site (it's a shopify store) and it really doesn't make any money. It has pretty much no SEO done and gets no search traffic.

Sounds pretty useless right?

Well, no. What I do have is a list of 1600 subscribers, three facebook pages associated with the account totalling about 1765 for the branded FB page, 920 and 537 for the two niche related supporting sites. There are 1868 instagram followers. Each and every one of these likers are super engaged in the niche, and are REAL (they were collected through fb advertising campaigns).

I have spent too much money on this niche and I just find it BORING. Where could I go to sell these assets?

Sometimes, you only get one opportunity to amaze. Cut through the mess making it count! Here three ways to develop an amazing one-line advantage statement:

1. Make it psychological.
Why should individuals care about what you have to say? Get them with something they can associate to. Advantages offer concepts, not information. What is your concept going to do for the customer or the world? Don’t be worried to use feelings. Everyone is inspired by their feelings more often than they are inspired by reason. Emotion also stands for visible visuals -- if individuals can start to see your concept, that’s the best thing. Some psychological terms include: "free", "incredible" and "unbelievable."

2. Keep it brief.
Like -- really brief. I’m discussing no more than 10 to 12 terms, preferably less. Keep in mind you don’t have much time. If your declaration is too long, individuals may shift on before they’ve even completed studying through or listening to it. Don’t be scared of using less terms. This is a really excellent work out normally. Too often, I ask an founder or business owner to tell me about his or her concept and I’m confused with a five-minute conversation. "What is he referring to again?" I find myself considering. I’m not even sure. Brevity causes quality.

3. Use figures.
Numbers express uniqueness. Look around you. News with figures control the planet. One has only to look at Buzzfeed to view the power of figures.

Here are some samples of one-line advantage claims my learners and I have used with amazing achievements in the past:

“The most flexible company system available.”
“The shop all, bring all, go anywhere raised pet bird birdfeeder.”
“This brand will improve area on your appearance by 75 %.”

Yeah... This in no way answers any of my questions.

Well no not necessarily. I'm looking to see if there are any vendors that deal in this kind of thing. At this stage I'm looking at a valuation as to whether it's worth anything. I'm not 100% sure on selling it yet, but wanted to see if the peeps here had any info on how to go about it if that's the road I decided to go down.

If anyone has any advice on this, do let me know. I think maybe I should try to contact those in the niche and see if they'd be interested?
