How to select high quality followers

Hashtags: very active profile but low followback rate (15-25%) since your notification blends in with the others the user is receiving.
Big profile's follower: low activity profile on average, a lot not related, but highest followback rate (30-40%)
Geotag(w or w/h keywords filter): lowest followback rate (10-15%), but active profiles and you can exclude all the arab and asian profile which (from my experience) have low engagement with english posts.

Parameters

Followed by: the highest it is, the lower is the followback ratio, but the activity increase and possibly the engagement too.
Follows: directly related with the FBR, but leads to very low engagement if too high.
Media published: not related with FBR, easy way to exclude a lot of ghost users.

Let me know your considerations about it, and if you have suggestions on other parameters I should consider

- user should have a profile image
- not follow users who have certain phrases in their bio (like follow, link in bio) - those are brands or bots
- not follow users who follow more than 900-1000 pages. That also means they are probably bots. Average user does not follow that much.
