How to see recent trending videos?

I know the trending tab in youtube shows some videos that are trending, but it normally doesn't show regular videos that are getting a lot of views. it seems to be cherry picked.

Now I'm wondering if there is a tool out there that can help me find videos that are going viral or just simply getting a lot of views by hour or day?

I want to see which videos are blowing up by views more than what the trending page shows.

Is there any tools or software out there that can do this?
