I'm buying an entire website from somebody, not through any marketplace, is private deal.

How should I do it?? how to ensure everything is safe? can he scam me ?

Use escrow service only. Its the best way to avoid being scammed.

any other options? if use escrow we both have to register account?

and the deal also include transfer the script files (most valuable part) . will escrow cover that?
