Several months ago, my website was hacked and I lost everything. I want to know how to secure my website? and how to find holes in my vps before someone will hack me an other time?
thanks.

Hire a sysadmin or use runcloud
btw wordpress is probably the biggest reason you got hacked

lol yes I used wordpress and I'm using it for my new website, But every website right now is on wordpress and no one hack them. The other time I tried to host two websites on the same vps for now I will host only one on this vps and I minimized the number of plugins used. Is there any way to see the holes before the hackers?
I can't use sysadmin because I'am broke as fuck :D

Sorry to hear about the hack. That sucks.

- Minimize amount of plugins
- Have a strong password that you change every 2-3 months
- Don't use a login username that is generic, for example "admin"
- Don't use cracked themes or plugins
- Keep theme and plugins up-to-date
- Use Wordfence, with their login security activated so that you need your phone to sign-in
- Avoid unknown themes. Use something like Generatepress, Blocksy or similar frameworks instead of Themeforest themes
- Use Cloudways VPS
- Don't share your log-in details to anyone

These are the things I come to think of right now.
