Hi after adding ssl what are the way or automated software to secure a site?

The script doesn't allow files permissions to change for read/write as it'll cause errors.

Anyway to secure the site?

If you are on wordpress you can use wps hide login plugin. This should hide the wp-admin login.

You can secure your website by using sslforfree dot com to generate your certificate and then add it to your cpanel. It's a pretty simple task that will help your website a lot.
