This may be a silly question to ask but I'm looking to know the right way to make a search on Google, I want to search Tech Blogs on UK based.

So how can I make a search that should show me UK based tech blogs?

The best way would be to use a VPN/Proxy/VPS or whatever located to the location you want to check.

The second best option would be this site - http://isearchfrom.com/

I am sure you have seen a .uk at the end of a website address. That is because of the country specific nature of the site. Google for example, has a bunch of country specific search engines.

The best way to search for different country blog sites is to search them with their IP.
