How to search people on Twitter by their e-mail?

I've searched and searched all over Google for Twitter tool that could do this, but still no luck. Does any of you guys knows for some tool that can do that?

P.S. Yes, there's an option on Twitter search to invite people by their e-mail but I'm not looking for that. I need search engine which can find people (who are already Twitter users) by their e-mail.

So, you're saying that there's no way to find users on Twitter if you have their e-mail address?

Maybe some tool could be created for that...?

The twitter search is at http://search.twitter.com as the person at the top of this post said try searching things like "add me to facebook" "add me to myspace" I've never tried this because I do not need emails like this. Let me know how it goes though?
