How to search in google keyword planner ??

I mean what is the blue bar. Is it indicate monthly Phrase search or Board search

I know that Keyword idea indicate Exact Search means keyword within double quote( " " )

But what about blue bar or search volume monthly. Is it total monthly search result ??

All search volumes displayed in Google's keyword planner are exact match. Broad match has been removed from the tool since it was updated and renamed "Keyword Planner".

But What is the average monthly search ??

In keywords Idea its 260/month

but Blue bar section its minimum 300k/month

which one is correct and why its shows differrant number ??

Average monthly search is 260 for your keyword.
