Am trying to search Do follow links related to my keywords, to build backlinks. Well if am even able to get the links by using dorks or some tools, then how can a analyze the quality of site ???

Get yourself a subscription to ahrefs, or majestic then you can analyse the pages for quality.
Also once you have one of those tools you can look at your competitors back links which is a great way to find links for your own site.

There are a lot of tools available, and I can recommend you to use Moz and Majestic to check the quality of websites. The quality links are important so you check the site's quality by using these good tools before you going to get the links from that site.

If you to find backlink then you need to buy some paid seo tools. like Ahref, Mejestic.
